• Requests should be made within 24 hours after delivery.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time and accuracy.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
